The Style Council! Naoko Tanigawa

This month's vintage clothing lover is Naoko Tanigawa of Tokyo, Japan.
The picture above is a Polaroid that I took of Naoko the day that I first met her (back when I had my bricks and mortar store in Portland I would take pictures of people who would come into the store with cute style).
Naoko was studying at the local community college when I met her.
She used to design and make really cute clothing, purses and scarves.
Naoko moved back to Japan in 2004.
She currently works as a translator at a p.r. firm.
